I recently ordered some lug nut covers online that were supposed to fit my truck perfectly, according to the website. But when they arrived, they were way off. The diameter was too big and the covers were too long. I spent over $28 on these, thinking they would be right. Contacted customer service, sent them photos and everything, but they refused to pay for return shipping. It's frustrating because their site clearly recommended these covers for my truck model and year. Now I’m stuck with covers that don’t fit and out of pocket for return costs. Definitely not what I expected and pretty disappointing.

I ordered a trailer hitch

I ordered a trailer hitch reducer sleeve and a hitch lock back in February, hoping they'd arrive by my camping trip. But, it wasn't until mid-March that the package finally showed up. I called the company several times, trying to get them to send a replacement or intercept the order. No luck there. Ended up buying what I needed from a different store and sent the unopened items back, expecting a refund. Now they're telling me it could take up to two weeks to process the return. Frustrating experience dealing with William and his company. Definitely think twice before buying here!

I wanted a class 3

I wanted a class 3 hitch for my 2017 Land Rover Range Rover, but things got mixed up, and I ended up with one for a Jeep Cherokee. Not cool! It's frustrating when you're excited about getting something and then it turns out wrong. The box it came in was also pretty beat up, which didn't help. I'm hoping to sort this out quickly and get a full refund, including return shipping, because it was their mistake. Returning stuff can be such a hassle, you know? Just hoping this gets fixed soon, so I can finally get the right hitch and start using my Rover for what I planned.

I ordered a part from this site, thinking I'd get free shipping since I spent over $50. Turns out, that wasn't exactly true. Made a mistake with my order and had to send it back, which I paid for out of pocket. When I got my refund, it was less than what I paid. Apparently, they took out their shipping costs too, but there's no mention of that on their site. Felt really tricked by the whole thing. Just a heads-up, be careful if you plan on buying from them. It's not as straightforward as it seems.

I ordered something online

I ordered something online, but it never arrived. I called customer support, and they were like, "Check with the post office and ask your neighbors." Seriously? They said it was shipped, but I didn't get anything. No proof of delivery or anything. I'm really disappointed and won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered a part on March 8, and now it's March 19, still waiting. They used to reply, saying it was in the mail. But when I asked them to file a claim with USPS, complete silence. Not happy with their service at all.

The part I received

The part I received didn't fit my needs. I'd appreciate a refund, as I haven't used the part. Shame.
