I first got an M.2 NVME drive/chip
I first got an M.2 NVME drive/chip, but it woudn't show up in the BIOS of my friend's laptop (which I was upgrading). I gave them a call and talked to Gregory, who knew his stuff and helped me swap it for the right drive. Just put it in, and it’s working great. I'm really pleased with this company and will probabbly buy from them again, plus tell all my PC geek friends about them!

The new SSD hard drive showed up earlier
The new SSD hard drive showed up earlier than expected and worked just right. Got the laptop OS back up and running with no issues. I had ordered a different drive from another company earlier that cost more and didn't fit my Lenovo laptop, despite what they claimed. GREAT JOB!

Callin' n' got great customer service.
Callin' n' got great customer service. First time replacin' a HD with an SSD. OMG it was so simple usin' Samsung Magician software. Benchmarked tasks before n' after. Not exaggeratin', performance on win10 laptop quadrupled.
