This company, product, and customer service are great! They're very honest. I sent letters once, and my issue got resolved with all three bureaus. I'm happy! Customer service suggested some small improvements to try, mentioning my good credit. I'm very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

I've been with them for a month now, and my credit score went up by 100 points after just one round of letters and paying off a few things. I'm happy with the results so far and plan to stick with it to see how things go. Hopefully, it all works out, and I can finally purchase our home.

Travis answered and was realy helpful right away. I had kinda forgotten how to use the software but Travis got me back on track!!!! He showed me how many deletions and other results from my first round of disputes yeilded. True asset to the company.

Had a good experiance with credit versio, they explaind everything in a way that was easy to get. I liked how they took time to go over stuff and didnt rush things. Felt like they realy wanted to help and not just sell somethin.

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding a subscription I apparently set up in May. I've been charged $19.95 every month for the past 6 months, even though I've never used your services. First, I contacted Smart Credit at 877-372-3895 and spoke with Jessica. She explained the services and offered to cancel the subscription and credit 2 months back. I informed her that I'd paid for 6 months of unused services, and she suggested I call Credit Versio first to see if they could provide a larger credit. If not, I should call her back. So, I contacted Credit Versio and spoke with Travis. He also explained the services and offered to cancel but said they could only credit 1 month back. I wasn't satisfied with this and requested to speak with his supervisor. However, Travis insisted there was no one else I could talk to. He claimed he was the sole employee at Credit Versio, which left me baffled and frustrated. I decided to call Smart Credit back, and Christopher told me that I'd received misinformation, and they couldn't do anything further. When I requested to speak to his supervisor, a lady named Amber got on the phone and echoed the same message, stating that Credit Versio was the only entity that could assist me. This entire ordeal has been immensely frustrating and unhelpful.
