I started with Americor, and payments were done on time. Americor was helpful, only had a few small issues, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. I couldn't afford to make extra payments, so I just did the minimum. After 2 years, I finished the program. Then I switched to credit nine to complete my deal and add some more debt to the program. Managed to pay off around $20,000. Sometimes, the settlements were more than half. I was happy with their service. They were very professional, and if I ever need them again, I would use them. I never had any problems with either company, and I would rate them both five stars.

I had a pretty smooth

I had a pretty smooth experience with this company. The customer service team was super helpful and really went above and beyond to fix my problem. I didn’t expect it to be sorted out so quickly. They genuinely seem to care about their customers, which is rare these days. I think it's safe to say I'll be telling my friends and family to give them a try. It’s refreshing to deal with folks who actually know what they're doing and care enough to make things right.

Credit9, in collaboration with Americor, helped me consolidate debts from over 5 creditors. The interest rates on those debts were sky-high, making my monthly payments barely dent the principal. Credit9/Americor negotiated with most of my creditors successfully, enabling me to pay them off. I opted for a loan from Credit9 to settle these debts, and it has definitely eased my burden. Though I didn't rate them a perfect 5 because of the high interest rate on my loan, I'm satisfied overall. I'd consider working with them again if needed, but hopefully, it won't be necessary. :-)

I dealt with Credit9, alongside Americor, to combine 5 creditors. My interest rates were sky-high, and I was only paying off the interest each month. Credit9/Americor managed to negotiate with most of my creditors, and we paid them off. I borrowed from Credit9 to cover these payments, and it's so worthwhile. I can breathe again!! I didn't give a 5 because of the high interest rate on my loan only. I'd work with them again, but I hope it's not needed. :-)

Getting started might've

Getting started might've been a bit confusing, but I've got to hand it to them for reaching out and looking out for your financial well-being. Trying to help you get out of debt is a big deal. That said, a tad more phone contact for those burning questions would've been nice. It's all about that extra support!

Began decently. Managed to negotiate down a few account balances, which was positive. However, there was a significant gap between the negotiated amounts and the claimed owed sum. Opted for another company instead.

Their practices seem predatory

I got a loan with Credit9 back in December 2023 and made all my payments on time until August 2024 when some unexpected issues came up. I reached out to them and got put on a payment plan. Then in December 2024, one payment didn’t go through because of a glitch at my credit union; everything was fine within hours but still, the payment didn’t clear. I got hit with fees but managed to pay in January 2025, though it was late. My balance was around $688, but on February 2nd, 2025, I got a statement showing I owed $1288! When I called, they said it’s because I missed two payments, adding $600 to my balance. But my monthly payment is $235, so I don't get where the $600 came from. It feels unfair and shady. I'm not going to recommend Credit9 to anyone; their practices seem predatory.

You won't believe the mess

You won't believe the mess I've been dealing with! So, I tried to contact the president of Americor after being told by their customer service. No response whatsoever. Later, I found out through some contacts that Credit9 isn’t even associated with Americor. Why send me on a wild goose chase if they knew it wasn’t the right place? Yesterday, Credit9’s collection agent said my balance would've been $683 if I hadn’t missed two payments. But the truth is, it should’ve been around $170-180 because this month was supposed to be my last payment. Now, it's a whopping $1283! They can have their blood money, but I'm done with these shady practices. To anyone reading this, look elsewhere for help. Don’t get ripped off by these companies.
