Yet, my confusion deepened when the individual who initially set up the plan contradicted this information the following day, asserting that I was, in fact, ineligible for the gold plus plan.

Last year when I was looking for a plan the rep put me on hold while he was supposedly “ researching “ insurance in my area, he disconnected from me intentionally!! This year I didn’t remember it was the company I tried to work with last year, a friend recommended them and a specific rep, same guy and same experience! He put me on hold and intentionally disconnected! He refused to respond to my many voicemails and calls! Never again! I will not tolerate this behavior!!
