Great experience overall. The bond purchasing process was simple and direct. They were proactive in anticipating and addressing the next steps, which is refreshing. I sent 2 apps for my folks.
I sent 2 apps for my folks. Also sent court papers for both. Was told good job, but got only 1 app after 2 days. Needed 2nd for court. Asked where it was, got told to send info and pay again. Was super upset. Got a sorry after 30 mins. Wanna sue for mess-up.
