I had a good conversation with the person about how the program works, the places to pick from, and the benefits I can look forward to with Booksi. They allowed me to pay for future trips, which is really helpful. For my first trip, I picked a place I could drive to, so I didn’t need to worry about the cost of flying. San Diego is just a few hours away, and with an extra night, we can enjoy a deep sea fishing trip, which is something my son and I really enjoy. We can also check out SeaWorld or just relax at the local beaches and explore the historic downtown. I live on a fixed income due to my disability, and my daughter works in the veterinary field, so she makes decent money. Our next trip will be a further destination where we can experience something new. Hotels are usually the biggest cost when traveling, but with Booksi, our trips are much more affordable, allowing us to visit places we might not usually be able to. I can’t wait to see how everything turns out and the kind of accommodations we’ll be able to enjoy. I’m looking forward to traveling as much as I can, making memories with my kids who are 23 and 16. I wasn't happy about needing to call within 15 minutes to finalize the booking. After thinking it over, I've decided to cancel. I wasn't keen on attending a 2-hour sales pitch, especially with the pressure to buy a timeshare. So, I'll pass on this one. Thanks anyway.

I booked a trip to Gatlinburg and made the payment

I booked a trip to Gatlinburg and made the payment, but when I tried to call the number they provided to confirm, I couldn't get through. Every time they answered with "Good evening!" the call dropped. I tried both my cell phone and computer, using Google Voice, but nothing worked. It looks like the issue might be on their side. I'm not sure if the booking went through or not, so I'll wait for an email or a call from them to clarify.

Buyer Beware

This is not a business that I would recommend. The "deals" aren't real and the advertised costs don't include the hidden costs on the back end. I booked for NYC but I could have gotten similar accommodations for a better price without having to endure a sales pitch. On the upside, the booking agents are very nice. I plan to share my experience as many times as possible because I want others to be forewarned.

Complaints

Why are there so many complaints on this site. But non on the better business bureau? After booking I've been told to pay another $429.00 for resort fees and taxes. Should this paid at the end of your stay?

Pure BAtie and Switch SCAM!

SCAM. First, They do not disclose that it is a time share cooperation when you are on the Booksi site, they take your information and your bank number, then and only then send you to the "reservation number" for the final confirmation of your dates, which turns out to be Monster Properties, a time-share company.. OK. Then, it also turns out they have zero availability at any of the pretty picture places until June although we were looking for February and had clearly written those dates. They charged my bank without confirming any reservation and we are not able to get them to refund! I've tried several times and the phone is hung up on each time. SCAM Run AWAY. DO NOT USE BOOKSI. SCAM! I now have my bank's fraud dept engaged and will also write the state Corporation Commission. I thought they were like Expedia or Travel Zoo or any other consolidator. Don't be another fool! SCAM.

Scammers

I bought the $299 deal for the Krystal Grand Resort in Cabo San Lucas in February 2024 with an 18 month booking window. Decided to take the trip for February 2025 so called to make the reservation and was told it would be an additional $288 in fees!! I was not happy about this and told the agent that there was nothing in their ads about any additional fees and that by not disclosing this upfront I wanted my money refunded. I have been emailing back and forth for the last 3 days with them and I’m still no closer to a resolution. I would never recommend this company to anyone!!
