The company's staff, including the receptionist/administrative assistant and our representative, were really nice and useful. I thought it would take a long time, but these ladies knew their stuff and got our new vehicle covered under our policy quickly. It was helpful because I had a lot to do that morning.

I've never dealt with insurance
I've never dealt with insurance folks quite like David Maxwell, Sheri, and Spencer. They really take their time to lay out all the options and suggest what's best for our organization. Whenever I've reached out, they're there, going the extra mile to get me the info I need.

My wif thought I needd a Truk, so we added a pleasur vehicl that I could complete my Honey Doo List. Our Agnt Donetta Jones, was vry helpful and made suggestns adding this additonal vehicl to our policy. We wer vry pleased with the transaction.

The trainers were friendly
The trainers were friendly, smart, and clear. Even though we had to use other sites to record training, they stayed calm, patient, and really helpful. It's hard to find a better class, no matter the price - and this one wasn't pricey.

My take on Blue Ridge has been really good. Kathleen Lively has consistently been on the ball with our needs. She's quick, friendly, and super professional. I'd definitely suggest Blue Ridge Risk Partners for your insurance stuff.
