Despite the initial offer, the actual trade presented me with absurd prices, with the sellers claiming they only deal in USDT, not USD. This directly contradicted Binance's policies and resulted in a financial loss on my end. I strongly advise Binance to take strict action against any accounts found engaging in fraudulent practices to safeguard users' interests and maintain the platform's credibility. Such incidents undermine trust in the platform and can have significant repercussions for users, highlighting the need for swift and decisive measures to address such issues.

Надійність і безпека це найвищий пріоритет сервісу, тому будьте готові до нескінченних перевірок і справджень що саме ви зараз запитуєте ту чи іншу дію. Вцілому раджу до використання.

This app is nice for earning or trading and it works well to send money to others. I really like using this app.

They don't require customers to confirm their email

They don't require customers to confirm their email, which is a major miss for a banking site. Someone used my email to create an account, so I'm now receiving all their account alerts and transfer notifications. The ONLY way to contact their customer service is by calling a US number, which costs money. There’s no email support or online chat without logging in, which I can't do since I’m not a real customer. This is very very annoying and also a BIG data weak spot. People make mistakes! People get mixed up! People think they own an email they don’t! Verify those emails, please!

Coinmerce messed up my transfer

Coinmerce messed up my transfer, even though Binance said it was fine. Now that the migration's done, they're making their mistake my problem. No heads-up or communication from them. When I ask for help, they want me to pay loads of fees to fix it, plus extra work on my end. I talked to both sides, but they're just pointing fingers at each other. Neither wants to help, and they both gave me wrong info.

Binance used to allow withdrawal to gbp but stopped. I have to move my funds to another exchange. They stopped me from withdrawing and said to wait 24 hours. Gross. I need my money today. Won’t use again after.
