Easy to install with good installation information. I contacted your firm and requested a refund, at first I was told I installed it incorrectly. I currently have a Electrical/Mechanical degree from Drexel. I was a contractor for 40 years all industrial. I was offered a part that the instructions state I do not require, I offered to purchase said items an extended key and spring latch at my cost. I would like a refund at this juncture.
