Their fees range from $350-$400, and what you get in return is a subpar valuation report that you could easily create at home by comparing your vehicle's value to those at a dealership. When you reach out to their customer support for assistance, all they do is instruct you on what to say to the insurance company. There's no direct communication with the insurance company to aid in your claim. If you decide to use their services, be prepared to waste a considerable amount of time making endless calls, sending emails, and leaving voicemails for the adjuster, only to eventually have your claim denied. I strongly recommend hiring a lawyer from the start and letting them handle the situation.
