The service is pretty good, but there’s a big problem... all the charges aren’t clearly mentioned when you apply for the visa. You only find out about some fees later, which can be a bit annoying.

My experience with Atlys was positive. I applied for a South Africa Tourist Visa and received my Visas within 15 calendar days in March 2024. Ms. Mayuri Chavan was helpful and quick to respond, guiding me through the required documents such as the invitation letter and leave letter. Her instructions were clear, and she displayed good customer service. Mr. Sagar Mundra was also patient and assisted with customer service. However, there is room for improvement in the quality of service provided by junior staff in the Call Centre, who initially seemed confused. I had to escalate the matter to Mayuri and Sagar for resolution. Additionally, the real-time updates on the app need improvement. Overall, it was a positive experience.
