I enjoy the experience with Hotel. It has a unique, almost hidden feel that makes it really enjoyable to be a part of! The places they list are mostly very pretty and look good. The hotel I booked recently wasn’t in great condition – maybe they were working on some renovations. I do wonder if hotels sometimes place you in not-so-great rooms or spots if you don’t book directly through them. But I’ll certainly continue using Hotel in the future!

In the end, the hotel agreed to shorten the stay by 1 night like I asked. Athotel was helpful and kept me updated clearly on WhatsApp.
