Don't ever use this service. They will never stop your subscription and charge you forever. I have tried several times unsuccessfully to end my charges but every time they take you to a place where you have to subscribe again to just answer in order to cancel Askanexpertonline.com I have been charged for months and am unable to remove it without cancelling my current credit card... This website should be prosecuted

$55 monthly subscription scam after $1 hook & NO expert

Former investigative reporter -I should have known better that $1 introductory was too good to be true - I attempted to cancel immediately, but so far Im a $$165 loser. I was assured by customer service I wouldn't be billed again (I was) & now by a robot saying my account is cancelled. (but I filed a dispute after being charged again) Be wary of subscription scams - they are very difficult to cancel.

They will charge even if they say they were not able to process your credit card.Ans they said I owed for somthan I didnt even sign up for.If you are attempting to use and you enter your card info they will charge you.I highly reccommend you stay away and cancel the card used.

I thought I would be getting help from a real Fitbit expert concerning my non-working Fitbit.....but instead I immediately discovered my credit card has been charged $56 for a monthly membership.🤬 They ought to be ashamed of themselves. Stay away from this company!!!!!!!!

Nightmare

Did not sign up or have any questions answered. Charged me $38 and only refunded $19 I want the FULL refund. Call every day and get different promises that full amount will be refunded. Today it was 'escalating to the team's. Just refund my remaining $20

I too feel scammed. I was trying to make a return to Amazon. A pop up said I needed to get help from this web site for a dollar. As soon as I put in my info $55 was taken from my account. Don't use!!!! Impossible to get a person, grrrrrt

SCAM

I tried to get help from this site and they ask for a $1.00 fee. My bank declined this charge and than the bank fraud department called me and said the charge was for $55.00 not $1.00. I am trying to find a way to report them for fraud.

DISAPPOINTED

I logged into this service thinking it was Roku! They then charged me $46, I canceled the service the next day. Got a message saying it had been successfully canceled. I was still charged! I really think this is a SCAM!

This is a scam

I never looked these folks up. Their ad just popped up on my screen. I didn't ask anyone a question and yet a charge on my account popped in for $55.00 + $1.00. I am going to contest the charge at the bank. Barry Ranew

False Billing

My credit card was billed $55 on2/5/24. I have not ordered any service from your company. Please credit my VISA account and send me information regarding that refund.
