The service was good overall. Chris was very responsive and assisted me with all my questions. He even sent some free samples to help me choose. The product was just right, and I had everything I needed to complete the project. It turned out quite nice, and everyone at home is happy with the result. Even the neighbors are curious to see it up close! I would definitely suggest giving their products a try.

I am a perfectionist
I am a perfectionist. This was my first request to install turf. "Can you remove garden and give me a putting green?" Searching high and low, I found ATS and felt they were the best option. In every way they came through, making my experience a good one. ATS is the real deal in product, service, relations, time, trust, etc.

My experience with the company was
My experience with the company was quite disappointing. The shipping pricing remained unchanged despite a shift in project scope, treating a small roll and a larger one alike. Despite opting for warehouse pickup, I was slapped with an exorbitant "handling and prep" fee, supposedly for cutting and wrapping – a service not rendered as the item was unwrapped upon arrival. It's disheartening to be charged for services not provided and raises questions about their transparency and fair business practices.

Impressed with the superior quality of the product, it transformed our yard beautifully. The salesperson was engaging and helpful in explaining details. However, there was a minor hiccup as the provided square footage of grass exceeded my actual needs by 25%. Despite giving away the surplus, it led to an unnecessary expense. It's unclear how the miscalculation occurred, but the overall experience was positive, albeit with a minor oversight in estimation.
