I'm not sure if it's your fault

I'm not sure if it's your fault, but I still haven't received my package. It seems to have gotten lost somewhere, and USPS sent an alert saying it was forwarded to the wrong address. I'm baffled about how that could happen.

Ordered on a Tuesday and received the order just a few days later. Packaged well and good communication throughout the ordering process.
