Been with Allstate for a while
Been with Allstate for a while. Was a big fan at first, but lately, it's been a bit of a headache. Paperwork takes forever, sometimes it doesn't show up at all. Prices aren't the best either. Might need to shop around if things don't improve.

Roadside assistance is terrible!
Roadside assistance is terrible! The phone robot gives run around and hangs up when you try human. Use app for faster help. But what if no internet on freeway? Ridiculous!

Company upped prices, no explanation. Home insurance bill says "Paid by 3rd party," like they think I don't pay. Sneaky and service just OK.

DON'T PURCHASE A CAR INSURANCE POLICY! GET RID OF IT IF YOU HAVE ONE. WARN OTHERS TOO. This is an endless delay. Horrible!!! Incident took place 17 May 2024. Now it's 29 August. On 24 July they claimed they're still looking into it. Whaat??? No updates from them. You must chase them for any response, if at all. Even then they'll repeat - still looking into it. Meanwhile, they collect payments punctually. When it's time to pay out, you're ignored. MOST UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. CANCEL AND SWITCH YOUR POLICY ELSEWHERE. WARN OTHERS NOT TO BUY FROM THEM. YOU'LL REGRET CHOOSING THEM. Consider yourself warned.

Ordered a cake from Lutz Bakery and it was a mess. How hard is it to make a simple round cake with white icing and black trim? The cake had visible flaws and bubbles. I'm glad I didn't ask for any writing on it. This was my second time ordering from them. The first time they even forgot to make a graduation cake. Never coming back.

My experience with Allstate has been disappointing. The fees and extra charges feel like robbery, and it's clear that greed runs the company, not customer service. Despite being a customer for only a few months, I'm already fed up with their practices.
