    I was trying to set

    I was trying to set up internet at my place, but I hit a snag since I don’t have any cable outlets. I contacted Xfinity, and the rep assured me their WiFi box didn’t need one, which sounded perfect. After triple-checking with her, I felt confident enough to order and paid with my card. But when the box finally arrived—late, mind you—I was puzzled to find a coaxial cable inside. The instructions insisted on connecting to a cable outlet. So, I’m now stuck returning the box via UPS and waiting for a refund. Quite the hassle for something that was supposed to be simple. Not the smoothest experience, to say the least.

    Too stressful moving

    Moving is stressful enough without internet hiccups, right? So, I signed up with Spectrum, expecting my modem on Saturday. Didn’t show up. Sunday rolls around, and I’m calling them up. The agent promised to escalate things and send a tech over same day, free of charge. Thought, "Great, problem solved!" But then someone else calls, saying the tech will be there Monday. Seriously? For someone new to Spectrum, this ain't the warm welcome I hoped for. I work from home, so this delay really messed up my schedule. A solid internet connection is a must for me. Three days without it? Not cool, Spectrum. Not cool at all.

    What a ride!

    Man, I was thrilled when I placed my order—it all seemed perfect at first. Then, bam, a text pops up saying they're shipping my stuff to the wrong place. Total chaos ensued. I spent what felt like forever talking to a sales rep, then a supervisor, and even customer service. It was like each person had a different story, and my frustration was through the roof. I was this close to calling it quits and canceling the whole thing. But then Adam stepped in. He somehow untangled the mess and got everything back on track. Honestly, he saved the day, and I'm grateful for that. But wow, what a ride!

    I tried to sign up

    I tried to sign up for Xfinity because they said it was available in my area, and everything was supposedly set up. But when I tried to call the number they gave me, it was disconnected. Then, the order number they provided didn’t even work. I thought maybe it was a mistake, but then I found out Xfinity doesn’t even service where I live! It was really frustrating, and I feel like I wasted my time trying to sort it all out. Now I'm worried about what they'll do with my info. This whole experience was a mess, and I just wanted internet service that actually works in my area.

    So disappointing

    I recently had a frustrating experience with my internet service. The rep didn’t check what service I already had (ethernet) and sold me an “easy install” plan, which was actually for cable. Now I'm stuck with a $100 installation fee that could have easily been avoided! To make things worse, trying to reach AllConnect by phone is a nightmare. The line doesn’t work properly, so it’s impossible to get through to someone. After finally getting a hold of a sales rep, they hung up on me because I wasn’t a new customer. The whole experience has been a mess and so disappointing.

    I can't believe how frustrating

    I can't believe how frustrating my experience with Quantum Fiber has been. There's this cable left out in the alley, and I've contacted them five times in the last month to get it buried. Each time, they set up an appointment, but no one ever comes to do the job. When I call back to find out what's going on, they either say the job was done or it got canceled, which is definitely not true. It's like they don't even care about fixing the problem. The whole situation is just incredibly annoying and it feels like they're not taking any responsibility for their mistakes.

    I had a terrible time

    I had a terrible time with this service. The reps couldn't locate my address, and now I'm out $79 because they gave me wrong info. I was advised that Xfinity was the provider, so I went to their store and got service. Now, I have to cancel the other service, which includes crazy install fees and service charges because of a misleading disclosure. I called twice and got the same incorrect information both times. It really seems like they were trying to push this provider on me without having the correct details. This whole ordeal has been frustrating and costly.

    I called to set up

    I called to set up my internet at the new place and the rep totally ignored my requested installation date. They scheduled it for a time before I even moved in. Super annoying. Then, they kept pushing another provider on me, even though I was clear about the one I wanted. Felt like they were just trying to get a bonus for switching me over. It's frustrating when you're trying to get something specific and they just don't listen. Honestly, it felt like they were more interested in selling me something else than actually helping me out. Not cool.

    I was trying to cancel an installation and ended up on the phone for what felt like forever, 30 minutes to be exact. The guy on the other end just couldn’t find my account. I gave him the order number and my ID, but he still couldn’t pull up anything. It was like talking to a wall. I could feel my frustration building up as he kept blaming me for not having more info, which I didn’t even get in the first place. It just seemed so ridiculous. The whole experience was really disappointing. Felt like they didn't even care about helping me out.

    So disappointed

    Alright, here's the deal. I got this new TV, right? And guess what happens every time it shuts off? A dumb red light just stays on. No matter what I do, it won't go away. I'm stuck. The instructions are totally useless, only tell you what to do if everything works fine. Well, it didn't. So I put the remote back in the box, found my receipt, and marched back to the store. Honestly, I wouldn’t buy this thing again. It’s just junk.

    I just had the most

    I just had the most annoying experience with Verizon. I got the equipment, but it wouldn't connect at all. To make it worse, they couldn’t even find my account in their system. I was told I'd get a 3-year guarantee, but later found out they actually offer 5 years. Spent nearly 2 hours on the phone, only to be told to go to the store. Such a waste of time and energy. Feeling really let down right now.

    this is a total mess

    this is a total mess. Thought I signed up for Xfinity internet, but they're saying I don't even have an account. I'm here twiddling my thumbs since Wednesday, and it's already Friday. What's the deal? Now, I'm on the edge, trying to reach my credit card before they charge me for a service I don't even have! Talk about frustrating. Gotta sort this out ASAP.

    Three calls deep into this

    Three calls deep into this internet saga, and every time they shuffled you off to the land-line folks, leaving you stuck in automated limbo. Enter a 13-digit code, and bam, hung up on – three times in a row. Had to ditch the phone game and hustle over to Xfinity in person just to get things sorted. Definitely wouldn't toss a recommendation their way.

    I can't believe what happened.

    I can't believe what happened. I gave them my social security number, thinking they would help, but now I just feel scammed. Tried reaching out with the reference number they provided, but no one seems to know anything. It's like they don't even exist. Not a single call back, no follow-up, nothing at all. Feeling really frustrated and lost here.

    Shifted between numerous representatives lacking decision-making power. The continuous transfers led to rising costs, ultimately surpassing my current provider by $5. Interaction resembled dealing with a dubious used car salesman. Displeased with the experience, contemplating an FCC complaint.
