I was trying to set up internet at my place, but I hit a snag since I don’t have any cable outlets. I contacted Xfinity, and the rep assured me their WiFi box didn’t need one, which sounded perfect. After triple-checking with her, I felt confident enough to order and paid with my card. But when the box finally arrived—late, mind you—I was puzzled to find a coaxial cable inside. The instructions insisted on connecting to a cable outlet. So, I’m now stuck returning the box via UPS and waiting for a refund. Quite the hassle for something that was supposed to be simple. Not the smoothest experience, to say the least.
