    All went as planned, but we had one issue with the setup. After they connected the wifi fibers, the technicians didn't return to check if it was working properly. They also spent the whole day running the fiber and finding the connection; it took much longer than "up to four hours." The tech arrived at 8:15am and finished at 3:30pm.

    I had a weird experience

    I had a weird experience with this company. First, I got a quote from one person, seemed fine. But then they transferred me to another salesperson and I had to start from scratch, repeating all my info. This new guy tried to upsell me on services I didn't need and then even increased the original price I was given. Felt like a bait and switch. Not cool at all. Definitely not pleased and don't think I'll be using their services again. Surprising to see USPS promoting them, kinda disappointed.

    I'm perplexed about the purpose of this company. While they completed their job, I'm encountering issues initiating my service with Frontier. My confidence in the necessity of this company has diminished, especially considering my current situation. Unsubscribing from their frequent self-promotional links has proven impossible. I'd be willing to reconsider my feedback if I can locate the unsubscribe link, which seems mysteriously absent from all promotional pages. What could be the reason? As an update, I've received courteous notes from the company and have been directed to an unsubscribe link that I hadn't noticed before. I appreciate their efforts and willingness to guide me to the unsubscribe option. I retract my initial complaint and am pleased that those who prefer not to receive postings from Allconnect can indeed opt out.

    Not cool at all!

    I had a bit of a mixed experience with Allconnect recently. I was told about an optional fee that seemed like it might become mandatory down the line, which was a bit confusing. Plus, I found a service on their website that the representative couldn’t see in their system. It was odd because when I called back later, another rep was able to provide that option. The first representative seemed more focused on getting me to order over the phone, even though there was clearly a disconnect between their system and the website. Still, they did a good job of explaining the services Spectrum offered. Overall, it was a bit frustrating but not entirely bad.

    Setting up power at my new place was a headache. I called the power company, and everything was going smoothly until they suddenly transferred me to All Connect without any clear reason. The representative was friendly and professional, but I had no clue they were trying to set up my cable and internet. I told her I wanted to handle that on my own because I don't like involving third parties. It was awkward for both of us – she was just trying to do her job, but I was never interested from the start. If they had been upfront about what they were offering, it would've saved everyone time and hassle. Just be clear from the beginning, please!

    I recently tried to set up my internet through Allconnect.com and had a really frustrating experience. The agent I spoke with confirmed a rate of $44.99/month, with a $10 discount for direct payment, making it $34.99/month. I took detailed notes and even had the agent verify everything. But when I got my first bill from Xfinity, they charged me $44/month instead. I reached out to Xfinity, repeated the terms I was given, but they wouldn't honor the rate I was promised. It's really disappointing when you do everything right and still end up with a higher bill than expected. Not cool at all.

The earliest appointment they offered for service connection was more than 30 days away, which was utterly inconvenient. In summary, my questions remained unanswered during this interaction. Fortunately, I dialed again and secured an appointment with my actual provider, who promptly resolved the issue the following day.

    Yesterday was a nightmare dealing with your company. I made it clear from the start that I didn’t want anything to do with Spectrum or Frontier. I’ve had enough trouble with them. Despite knowing this, your rep kept me on the phone for over half an hour while I drove to the bank to update my card info. All just to make a sale! After all this, another rep told me a Frontier guy was coming to my house. I canceled everything immediately. I wasted over an hour, drove to the bank for no reason, and ended up with two useless confirmation numbers. I called for satellite service, not deception and lies. I can’t believe this is how you treat customers. How would you feel if it happened to you?

    Awful customer service

    So, here's what happened. I called up customer service, and the guy was super nice but, wow, their system was slower than a snail. I needed my router shipped to my current address since I'm not moving immediately, and he said it was no problem. But then I get an email saying it's going to the new place! So, I call again, hoping for a quick fix, but the lady puts me on hold for 15 minutes, only to say they can't change the address. Seriously? Why did the first guy even bother taking my address if they can't use it? And she couldn’t even email me a customer service number. It's 2025, how's that "impossible"? This was just frustrating. They need to get their act together.

    I had a frustrating experience yesterday. I called Duke Energy to transfer my energy service to my new place. At the end of the call, they transferred me to a rep from another company. This rep tried to sell me a bunch of products. I clearly said I wasn't interested and declined their offer. But guess what? The rep still placed the order without my permission. Right after the call, I got an email confirming the order I never agreed to. I immediately sent an email to complain but haven't heard back. This kind of sneaky behavior is totally unacceptable. Be cautious when dealing with reps from this company. This isn’t how business should be done.
