Awful customer service
So, here's what happened. I called up customer service, and the guy was super nice but, wow, their system was slower than a snail. I needed my router shipped to my current address since I'm not moving immediately, and he said it was no problem. But then I get an email saying it's going to the new place! So, I call again, hoping for a quick fix, but the lady puts me on hold for 15 minutes, only to say they can't change the address. Seriously? Why did the first guy even bother taking my address if they can't use it? And she couldn’t even email me a customer service number. It's 2025, how's that "impossible"? This was just frustrating. They need to get their act together.
