Bought the S1 back in February. We were not happy with it at all. It couldn’t pick up dirt on the flat-to-incline spots in the deep end. Asked for a full refund but was told our purchase date (February) was outside the one month refund period. We said that because of Canada’s climate, we couldn’t use it until May. They agreed, gave us a full refund (Yay!) and we sent it back (Aioer paid postage! Again, Yay!). We then got the S1 Pro, and with its stronger suction and the new ‘roller’, our pool is clean every time! (once more, Yay!). If your pool has a deep end flat floor and 45° inclines up the walls & shallow end, the S1 Pro is amazing.

Sadly, my Seagull has broken twice this year.

Sadly, my Seagull has broken twice this year. First, it had a faulty switch, and now it won’t charge at all! They claim it's due to my salt water pool, but this was never mentioned in their ads. They also demand I send back the broken unit before they will send a new one. I don’t have a box for it, so I suggested they charge me first, then send a replacement and I’d get a refund when I return the broken one. I also asked for a refund or a different model without these problems.

I was researching pool sweeps and came across Aiper, a brand I wasn't familiar with. I checked their website and found information that was super easy to understand. I also checked Consumer Reports, and it turns out this model was rated the best among those they tested. So, I decided to order my first Aiper, and I got exactly what I read about in just three days. The whole process was straightforward and hassle-free.

We're in the midst of a fiberglass

We're in the midst of a fiberglass pool installation, and we don't have a cover yet. To keep it clean from mud, leaves, fiberglass shavings, and all that messy stuff, I've been using my new Aiper Seagull Pro. This cleaner has more suction and longer run time than I expected. I'm especially impressed with the fine mesh basket – it prevents all the yucky stuff from getting back into the pool.

The products are great, though sometimes

The products are great, though sometimes need some fixing. I've purchased three of their robots and liked them all. But, the company excels in after-sales service - it is excellent. We had two issues that needed fixing, and both times, they were resolved quickly and with skill, making sure I was happy.

I bought the Seagull Pro, and it didn’t work like

I bought the Seagull Pro, and it didn’t work like I thought it would...still, I’m giving Aiper 4 stars for these reasons...first, delivery was quick, the cleaner came nicely packed, and it was simple to operate and clean, plus it was made well...so I sent the Seagull Pro back... Also, Aiper’s customer service was really good, and they fully support their 30 day return policy. I might try another Aiper product later.

This company is gr8!

This company is gr8! Their robot cleaned my pool rlly well. It doesn't map tho, so if u got loungers, it might get stuck sometimes.

It's been 3 weeks since

It's been 3 weeks since I ordered the Aiper Scuba S1 pro Cordless Robotic Pool cleaner. No word on shipping yet. I got it to clean my pool. If it doesn't ship soon, I'll have to look for something else.

The filter door is difficult

The filter door is difficult to close, and it doesn't clean the dust from the floor or stairs very well.

Our vacuum worked fine for about a year. Then a part broke and we had to send it in for repair. The back and forth with customer service was a bit odd but we managed and got the unit back. After that, they asked if everything was okay, and I said it was working again but the battery wasn't lasting nearly as long. I nicely asked if there was a way to fix that, maybe by buying a new battery or something. I even said “just wondering if there’s a way to fix it.” The reply I got back felt really rude. They just said the broken part was fixed and to “look at the pdf” they sent. They didn’t answer my question or seem to care that the battery is now super weak. I don’t think their service has been good at all. For the price we payed, I expected more help. Because of this and the problems we’ve had with the vacuum, I wouldn’t tell others to go with aiper.

My experience with this company has been nothing but troublesome from the start. Getting in touch with customer service is a challenge, and even when you manage to reach them, their assistance is lacking. I am thoroughly dissatisfied. My advice would be to steer clear of this product. It's worth investing a bit more for better quality elsewhere.

i have been using an Aiper pool cleaner for a couple of years

i have been using an Aiper pool cleaner for a couple of years now and always thought Aiper was a decent company to work with. when my first cleaner broke after a year, they gave me a new one, so based on that i chose to upgrade to the Aiper si scuber. i went on there website and saw a special deal that lowered the price from 549 euros to 521 euros. that looked good so i hit purchase and got the confrmation right away, but the discount was not applied and i was billed 549 euros. i got in touch with Aiper right away and they got back to me asking for proof, so i sent a screenshot of the discount. then they wanted the reciept, so i sent that too. after that, nothing. i’ve emailed them three more times and still no reply. not sure what happend to the great support they used to give. i won’t be buying from them again.

After using my Aiper Pro 3 times

After using my Aiper Pro 3 times, the fourth time it showed fully charged. I switched it on and put it in the water. It didn’t turn on and the button went red. I reached out to Aiper, and they suggested some things to try. None of them worked. I haven’t heard back from them for 3 weeks now. Please avoid this company. I paid a lot of money for a pool cleaner that is not working.

This product turned out to be a complete

This product turned out to be a complete letdown. It functioned only on its maiden use, and thereafter, it simply ceased to operate. Despite being fully charged, as indicated by the green light, pressing the power button yielded no results. The overall experience has been disappointing and falls short of what one would reasonably anticipate from such a device.
