I've been with Acuity for over 14 years now
I've been with Acuity for over 14 years now. Early on, I had some unexpected claims, including one for data loss. They managed these claims quickly and professionally, safeguarding my business. Although I haven't had any claims for many years, it's reassuring to know I'm covered by Acuity. I wouldn't consider switching to another insurer.

I just renewed my policy for 2025
I just renewed my policy for 2025, which covers auto, home, and umbrella. I haven’t had any accidents or claims in years. Still, my premium increased by over 12% without a clear reason. I appreciate the company and your service, but I don’t believe the rise in my premium was warrented.

My latest experience was
My latest experience was receivin' my premium statement, which hiked up by hundreds of dollars. I switched to Acuity for fairer rates, but any benefits from the first year were wiped out in the second. I ain't stickin' with Acuity if rates go up again.

I really like talking to our representetive Jill
I really like talking to our representetive Jill Bryntesen almost every time I call to get a COI. She is nice, patient and quick at sending our COI's by email. All other customer representatives we have spoken to are polite and supportive too.

I'm so tired of my car insurance increasing
I'm so tired of my car insurance increasing when I've had no tickets or accidents for a long time. Why should I pay for other careless drivers? Overall, I quite like Acuity. Friendly folks who really know their stuff.

At my last renewal, stuff went fine generally, but it was harder than it should've been to find out about Identity Theft coverage. It took so long that I gave up for now.

Dealing with an insurance company
Dealing with an insurance company that's not local is a hassle. There's no personal customer service, and getting someone on the phone is a nightmare. They make you wait all the time, which is annoying. I doubt I'll stick with them for long.
