    So, I jumped on a sale for a jobsite table saw from Acme, even though I'd never heard of them outside of cartoons. I was a bit skeptical, but the price was too good to pass up, especially since Lowe’s was out of stock. Right after I placed my order, I got emails confirming my purchase and account creation. They promised to send shipping info, and sure enough, I got tracking details the very next business day from Acme and FedEx. Surprisingly, my saw arrived a day early, all in just three days. The box was in perfect condition, and assembling it was a breeze. Now it's up and running perfectly. Honestly, I was worried at first, but it turned out fantastic!

    Ordered some Milwaukee Forge batteries,

    Ordered some Milwaukee Forge batteries, a 12.0 and an 8.0 that was supposed to be free. Website said the 8.0 would arrive by Nov 20 and the 12.0 by Dec 12. But here I am on Nov 23 with nothing. I checked the site, and they still list the 8.0 in stock. But when I reached out to Acme Tool support, they told me both are on backorder due to shipping issues with Milwaukee. Super frustrating! I feel like I'm getting the runaround. They shouldn't promise delivery dates they can't keep. Definitely not happy with this experience.

    The whole situation was a mess

    I recently had a frustrating experience with a store. Ordered three items, but only found out one wasn't in stock after they shipped the other two. Needed that item for a project, so I tried to cancel it, even emailed customer service to not send it. They sent it weeks later anyway. Now I have an extra item I don’t need and am stuck with it. The whole situation was a mess and a waste of time. Definitely won’t be shopping there again.

    Oh, what a mess! I called Acme Tools before ordering to make sure they could deliver to my address. I had a bad experience once where I had to meet a delivery at a gas station. The lady assured me they could bring it to my house. I paid an extra $70 for liftgate service when I ordered on Wednesday. I'm juggling a full-time job and caring for my mom, who has dementia, while managing two acres of hilly lawn. The yard is a jungle because it's been raining non-stop. I spent $5,000 on this mower to avoid push mowing for days. Friday morning, the delivery company called, saying they couldn't deliver and asked if I could pick it up. I explained I paid extra for liftgate service because I can't transport or unload it myself. They said they don't even have a truck with that capability. Now I'm stuck waiting, not knowing if they'll deliver or if I'll need to get a refund and find another mower. This is so frustrating. They need to figure out what services they can actually offer before charging extra and making promises they can't keep. My next few weeks are ruined as I struggle to maintain my yard and sort out this mess.

    We ordered a Kawasaki engine on September 9th, expecting it to arrive between September 12th and 14th. The delivery got stuck at a local FedEx facility for 15 days. We made several calls, and an investigation revealed that the package was lost. A replacement engine was shipped out on September 30th, with an expected delivery of October 4th. Unfortunately, this engine is also lost at the same FedEx facility. We contacted Acme on October 9th, and after waiting on hold, they told us they issued a refund due to the ongoing issue at FedEx. While I realize that FedEx's problems aren't Acme's fault, a better solution should have been offered, like using another shipping service if FedEx can't manage their deliveries. In total, we waited 32 days for an engine we desperately needed, only to be refunded. The customer support team was polite, and I thank them for their efforts, but this has been the worst customer experience I've had in 15 years of running a business.

    Acme Tools is really dropping in quality! It was once a top company with great service. Recently, they’ve been sending out promo codes that just don’t work. They had a VIP 15% off sale that turned out to be a scam to lure customers. When I tried it, the site showed 15% off, but in the cart it dropped to 12% and at checkout, it was only 9%. This happened before and my friends saw the same issue. As usual, when the fake deals fail, calling customer service is pointless. I spent over an hour on calls, tried sales, and emailed. They didn’t reply until a week after the sale ended. When I showed proof of the issue, they said “It’s a moot point, the sale is over” and closed the case. Home Depot has the same prices and better shipping. Acme’s fake sales are driving customers away… if this keeps up, I’m out of here.

    Christmas was a disaster this year. Ordered the only thing my son wanted on Nov. 22, said it was in stock. Then Dec. 3, they emailed saying it was backordered, would ship mid to late Dec. Okay, fine, we waited. Dec. 11, another email, said it would ship in 7 days. Dec. 19, yet another email, now they have no idea when it'll ship. Just some generic corporate nonsense. Now I'm left scrambling to find a replacement gift last minute. Thanks for nothing, Acme. Should've known from the name they were unreliable. So disappointed, they totally ruined our Christmas.

    I ordered a Stanley tool tote on wheels for my dad as a Christmas gift, but it didn't show up until January. We didn't open it right away since the box looked fine. Fast forward to spring cleaning, and we discovered one side was completely shattered. When I reached out to Acme, they told me it was past the 30-day return window and to call Stanley instead. Decided to call them, and they casually mention it's rescheduled for February 5th! Seriously? How do you not inform your customers about such changes? If I hadn't reached out, I'd still be clueless.     Avoid Acme Tools if you can. I ordered a Dewalt Miter Saw Stand, and they promised quick delivery. But then they bundled it with other stuff and now it's stuck in limbo. I could easily get this stand from other shops without the wait. Their customer service? Totally unhelpful. They just kept giving me the runaround instead of fixing the issue.     I recently ordered from this company and it was a mess. They gave me a tracking number, but it never worked.     Don’t waste your time waiting around

    I ordered a Milwaukee tool and got an email saying it would ship in 7 days. Day 8 or 9 came, no word, so I called. They told me the manufacturer hadn't received any yet and it would be another 2 months. Frustrated, I canceled my order. Home Depot, on the other hand, had over 50 units in stock and promised delivery in 5 days. Don’t waste your time waiting around.
