    Not cheap, but seamless

Pricing made me gulp, then the trip unfolded like clockwork. Zero scrambling. I felt taken care of and free to just enjoy the cities.

    Late night call that mattered

Arrivals flight was delayed and our driver stayed in touch, then found us at baggage with a smile. That moment reset my stress meter.

    Boutique planning that delivers

Advisor asked smart questions about pace and museums. Transfers showed up early, guides were engaging, and the hotel picks fit our style. Messaging in trip was instant. The seamless handoffs stood out most.

    Saved our Prague evening

Our driver waited outside a closed restaurant at 10 pm and rebooked us elsewhere while we stood in the rain. Relief poured in with the soup.

    Seamless Europe journey planning

From the first call, our advisor asked about pace and budget, then built a route we tweaked twice. In-trip chat replied within minutes when our train was late. Hotels and guides felt handpicked. Nothing felt canned, and transfers were perfectly on time.

    Pricey but felt pampered

I rolled my eyes at the price, then stopped when every tiny detail worked. It’s not for DIY bargain hunters, but I felt actually cared for.

This is my 5th JayWay trip

This is my 5th JayWay trip, and I really appreciate how smooth everything goes and how the staff supports us throughout the journey. It's a really nice way to travel! Melita plans wonderful trips, and the team on the ground makes sure you're comfortable and well looked after. The attention they give to their clients and their work is great!

Our JayWay journey to France (Paris and Nice)

Our JayWay journey to France (Paris and Nice) was fair in cost and nicely organized. This made the trip enjoyable and simple for someone who has not traveled abroad before. The USA and France team members were very nice, fast to help, and quick to answer questions, making the experience care-free.
