Same-day drop off done right
Ordered a replacement bowl and iso cleaner at noon and chose LA same-day delivery. Driver called ahead, package was discreet and bang on time. One AFM size was sold out, but chat pointed me to a compatible 14mm slide. Return policy seemed clear if unused.

Found the perfect beaker fast
Signed up in seconds, filters made it easy to compare beakers by height and joint size. The joint guide cleared up 14mm vs 18mm confusion. Checkout was quick, shipping discreet, and my AFM piece arrived mint.

The product was fine, price was reasonable
The product was fine, price was reasonable, and shipping went smoothly. I would have rated 5 stars, but I took away two stars because this company keeps bothering you to leave a review. It's quite irritating!

Customer service like this is rare these days.
Customer service like this is rare these days. I had several problems with a CAD credit card online, but they kept following up and offered really good help. I wish other companies were as caring as this one. This is my second PuffCo buy, and their prices are honestly the lowest online. I'll be gifting PuffCo to everyone this Christmas... Looking forward to my next purchase!

Although the delivery was slightly
Although the delivery was slightly delayed by a couple of days, I eventually received my purchase—the Puffco Peak Pro. The product itself is impressive, and despite the minor setback, I am content with my overall experience.
