Had a significant job for Zerorez, including carpets, rugs, and upholstery on all floors of my home. The technician was thorough and conscientious about his work, doing a great job. Will never use another carpet cleaning service!

My initial impression of Zerorez was quite positive
My initial impression of Zerorez was quite positive; the carpets looked amazing post-cleaning. However, my enthusiasm waned as stains reappeared within a week, suggesting the spot-cleaning chemicals were not effective. Chris, the service technician, was the highlight of the experience, offering exceptional service. In the end, I found Zerorez to be similar to other carpet cleaners, without any standout features. The reemergence of stains left me somewhat disappointed in their overall performance.

Our carpets look much better.
Our carpets look much better. The technician could have done a better job. He mentioned that we could walk on the carpets "in a couple of hours," but the real time was closer to 12 hours. He also didn't clean up some spots left on our wood floor from the cleaning solution.
