    YouTube has become filled with low-effort AI content.

    YouTube has become filled with low-effort AI content. The platform really needs to clean up, as these AI-generated videos are everywhere now. People take a text written by someone else, run it through an AI to create a voice, and add some random images to make a video. Then they upload it, posting two or three videos a day. YouTube, you have to do something about this, and cut back on the endless loop of shorts. People's attention spans are getting shorter by the day. It’s like we’re heading toward a version of Idiocracy.

    Now that YouTube has enforced

    Now that YouTube has enforced (based on their silly policies) that adblockers be turned off, I just logged in after a few days and had to mute and wait more than five minutes for the video I chose to load. I’ve already given feedback that I will not buy or support products on ads. What is happening? I won’t pay for a subscription. And to comment, you must agree to create your own channel. What happened to simply watching videos?

    I'm starting to get weary of YouTube.

    I'm starting to get weary of YouTube. There's way more ads now than there were a couple of years ago. The clickbait and misleading thumbnails are out of control. Plus, the heavy censorship makes creators tiptoe around topics to avoid getting banned. If YouTube keeps this up, it might become a minor platform in a few years, unless it makes some changes. Farewell YouTube.

    My account got shut down and I have no clue why.

    My account got shut down and I have no clue why. I just got an email saying I violated their T's&C's. I appealed but they refused it, saying nothing more. It would be great if there was another platform like YouTube to make them more accountable, maybe then they'd stop being so controlling. This is what happens when a company controls everything in an industry!!
