FAIR WARNING! Left me hanging, horrible communication!
I ordered 4 custom playmats on January 4, 2025 for an event I was holding on February 19th, 2025. PLENTY of time to fulfill. I was constantly checking in with them on status, confirmation, etc. From January 29th - February 14th I heard NOTHING. Even though I emailed multiple times asking for a ship date/tracking. Late on February 14th the emailed saying "due to logistics they were unable to make my mats and would issue me a refund."
I WAS LIVID. You ghost me for 16 days and now tell me this 5 days prior to my event?!?! Due to their non-existent communication, I was forced into reaching out to their competitor who came through for me, but the rush fees were $190 over what I had already paid Your Playmat. I asked for a full refund + the $190 I had incurred due to their lack of communication. They had the gall to email me and say it is against their policy but they would be "happy to give me a discount on my next order."
WOW. Yeah, I will NEVER ORDER FROM YOU EVER AGAIN. Horrible communication, customer service and now stuck with $190 in extra costs to meet the deadline THEY promised they could meet. No wonder they don't have a Google review page and have turned off their Facebook review page. They don't want you to see the horrible experiences their customers have.
Your Playmat, own up to it and make it right. Extremely disappointed in your services.
