I initially ordered the items in my size, but both sweatshirts turned out to be too small. I reached out repeatedly to inquire about the return process, but it took a whole month for a response from their customer service. Unfortunately, I never received any return instructions or a way to resolve the issue. In the end, I took matters into my own hands and sent the items back to the shipping company using the label I found. Despite mentioning this to their customer service email, I still haven't heard back, even after another month. The customer service has been absolutely dreadful.

Wonder Closets caught my eye with their ad, and I liked some of the clothes I saw, so I checked out the reviews before buying. Often, reviews show that the clothes don't look like they do in real life. The reviews were good, so I got 5 items. As said in the reviews, it took a while to get my order, and the tracking link wasn’t helpful. (But I admit I’m spoiled by Amazon!) I got my package today. Everything seems well-made, and fits well too. There are no tags to tell the fabric or washing instructions. But I washed everything and it all came out looking great! I was hoping the fabric was cotton…thought it was… but it’s all very soft and comfortable. I wasn’t in a hurry for my order, and am pleased overall. I will probably order again in the future.

I am very happy with this company. The clothes are great and the service is nice. The shipping is fast. I'm really pleased I began shopping with them 6 months ago. I've bought lots of items and enjoy each one. The fabric feels good, and the stitching is nice. Everything is made well. The colors pop. I'm glad to have so many pieces. My take on the company is, it was a pleasant surprise. The t-shirt I ordered for my wife arrived as a gift. The fabric is good, not too thin, and the printing is well done. The design isn't ironed on but printed onto the fabric. Shipping took a bit longer than expected, but it was still reasonable.

The flamingo sundress is really pretty. I like that it's cotton not nylone. It's a bit small though. I bought a small. I normally wear a 4-6. But it fits just not loose enough; wanted it to work as swimsuit cover-up too.

When it arrived, I was very pleased..the color and graphics are lovely..the fabric feels soft..size was right..I wear XL...ordered XL and it fits well.. Looking forward to wearing it on my next cruise. I’ll probably order more soon. Very satisfied with my purchase.

My only hiccup is the overwhelming number of products they offer. I'm excited to get my order, and after reading other reviews, I decided to go one size up. Fingers crossed it's not too roomy!

I gave it 2 stars instead of one because the customer service was nice and helpful. But honestly, that's about the only good thing here. This seems like a UK company, but it's not. They ship products from China, which takes forever and the quality is really poor. I bought 2 retro T-shirts that looked cool on the website, but when they finally arrived, they were different shirts altogether. The material felt cheap, like plastic, and the colors were way off from what I expected. They're bright and not at all like the softer shades shown online. I didn't bother trying to return them because it seemed like too much hassle. They probably do accept returns, but honestly, it's better not to bother ordering at all. I'm so disappointed because I really liked the designs, and I haven't been able to find anything similar elsewhere. I would've been a repeat customer if they had just sent what I actually ordered. Such a letdown.

Buyer Beware...SCAM

Purchased 2 Halloween shirts on July 26, 2024. It is now Sept 5, 2024 and have not received them. Tracking information for DHL is incomplete and Wonder closets will only tell me that they are on the way. It says clearly on the receipt 10-15 Business Days. I have requested a full refund and have not been given any kind of response. Do NOT do business with them!

This shirt is really nice. I received it yesterday and it looks great. The colors are vibrant and fantastic. I'm sure people will ask me where I bought it, and I'll happily share. This will be my cruise shirt for my trip on the Carnival Celebration! I'll definitely buy more from them. Delivery was fast, less than a week, and the sizes are accurate. I love it. I haven't got my order yet. I really hope it turns out good and isn't like the shirts from TEMU. I'm searching for printed shirts without the rubbery feel. The hip sizes weren't listed, so I hope they're large enough. There are many nice prints to choose from, which caught my eye. I hope they look great and I’ll become a loyal customer.
