Really welcoming, especially compared to others like WordPress. I began using Wix in their early days, crafting websites for myself and others. Now, I use it professionally at work, and it's just as good. Editing is simple, and managing sites is a breeze. The best thing is, anyone can make a website with Wix, even without knowing coding languages. If you have an idea, Wix can bring it to life.

I had over 9 hours of support from 3 agents - Mariana, Gabriela and Natalia were friendly, so patient and so incredibly kind as they led me through setting up a directory on my site. I was amazed at the way they kept finding solutions, offering step by step advice and helpful screenshots and videos etc Would highly recommend! So grateful.

Wix really saved the day for me!
Wix really saved the day for me! I had a tough time with other payment methods, but Wix made it so simple. After putting in our payment info, they gave the green light in just 30 minutes, and we were all set. Their support team, particularly Briana, was a huge assist. Thanks a bunch, Wix, for everything!

I like how easy it is to use Wix site
I like how easy it is to use Wix site features for someone without web design skills. The plans are cheap too. And their support team is also very good. I sugest Wix to anyone without web knowhow because the templates are simple to use and the features are so good.

I'm not the best with tech, but Wix's customer support really went out of their way to help me get my site looking good to go live. I'd suggest Wix if you're starting a business!
