    This company can aid in weight loss. I've managed. But now, trying on their website, it pushes to download the app or go to a workshop, quite far. I'm really let down, not wanting the app on my phone. I emailed them, no response. Essentially, for my remaining 12-month subscription, no access to the program.

    It's not very clear, and the logic isn’t easy to follow. You search for a long time to find the weight of the portions. You easily find the point value for industrial pastries (like from Carrefour), but not for homemade ones (for example, apple pie).

Even attempts to escalate the matter to a supervisor were futile. It's apparent they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. Considering legal action to recoup the remainder of my money seems necessary. I strongly caution against engaging with this company; their practices are unscrupulous and customer service is nonexistent.
