I have worked with them before, but this time they really dissapointed me with their lack of creativity, which was quite low!

I faced issues with customer service

I faced issues with customer service representatives in the Hosting department. It's easy to see if they are knowledgeable or not. Some tutorials don't open up properly. I struggle to get answers about the AI-generated home webpage and how to manage photos. Currently, I require an experienced customer service representative to provide guidance on the correct procedures instead of directing me to YouTube, which isn't helpful.

After moving my old web.com site to WordPress

After moving my old web.com site to WordPress, it took 17 days to fix email. Chatbot wasn't helpful, and techs took five tries to fix "rong DNS settings." Each try took two days to re-test. There was an error in the change-over that needed high-level help, but it could've been fixed earlier. Instead, it took a useless 20 min AI chat and six calls over 17 days to get it fixed. Richell fixed it in 15 minutes.
