I purchased a few jodhpurs, but one pair was too large, so I needed to return them. There was an issue with the return form online, so I reached out to customer service by email. They sorted it out fast, and I got my refund soon after. Quite happy with the servce.

This is great! My dog won a contest and got a nice coat. It's comfy, well-made, looks cool, and super waterproof! Service and product are awesome! I'll use them again for sure! Fully recommend them!

The dog coats are of good quality. However, despite measuring accurately, they are too big. If you order the wrong size, they won't exchange it, and you have to return it at your own cost for a refund.

The company’s response was not helpful. I bought the Comfitec Fly rugs for my horse, and the navy binding had a very stiff edge with poor stitching. After just a few hours, it caused a sore patch on my horse’s neck. When I contacted the company, they told me to reach out to the store where I bought it. The store then said that because it was on sale and had been used, they couldn’t help. This is not a cheap rug. Weatherbeeta didn’t even acknowledge the issue. Fortunately, I replaced it with a Rambo rug, which had a softer material around the neck area where more pressure occurs. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. Got a therapy tech turnout with the panel inside. It’s like a fleece fabric that pushes wrong way, so won’t straighten out. Weatherbeetas reply was ... not their problem. And didn’t help me with this issue. Pony had it on 6 hours and it’s useless now. I hoped for better service from big company.

Despite advertising available blankets on their website, I received confirmation of my order, only to be later informed that the chosen blanket wasn't in stock, leading to a refund. The communication breakdown between their website and inventory is bewildering. Adding to the ordeal, the customer service team displayed a snotty and obnoxious attitude, showing a clear disregard for customer needs. It's astonishing that, after four decades, Weatherbeeta struggles with basic inventory management. Their dismissive approach toward understanding why the blanket was needed showcases a lack of customer empathy. This incident has made it evident that Weatherbeeta doesn't prioritize customer satisfaction or retention. The antiquated POS systems and the apparent indifference to customer needs have led me to conclude that I won't be doing business with Weatherbeeta any longer. A disappointing experience that highlights significant shortcomings in their service and operations.

Poor customer service experience

Ashley Williams provided the worst customer service. Despite being a recurring customer, they showed no concern. I received a defective blanket, and they refused to reimburse, return, or replace it.
