    The rotary line I got through Amazon was damaged.

    The rotary line I got through Amazon was damaged. Sorting out the return turned out to be quite a hassle, and I was given a small discount to keep it, which isn't very helpful since it doesn't work properly. They require a printed returns label for Evri, but I don’t have a printer. This experience makes me think twice about using this retailer again.
