Twice I hadn’t closed the lid right, and the seam split after flapping around at high speed. So I decided to call Viking Bags. I had a short trip planned, and the bags arrived just in time, but they got damaged during shipping. That wasn't great, so I called Viking Bags and spoke to Omar. I’m no expert on shipping, but the boxes must have been handled pretty roughly. Omar understood my situation, offered to let me use the damaged bags for my trip, and then return them for a refund. He also gave me a nice deal on an upgrade. I went for the matte black this time, no more leather for me haha. If you’re placing an order, ask for Omar.

Unless you have no other alternative, I would strongly advise against these bags, especially if you're seeking a bike-specific fit.
