Not all big companies bother much
Not all big companies bother much about their customers, you know? But VidIQ pleasantly surprised me today. I woke up all eager and pumped to start learning about YouTube and VidIQ. However, things got a bit confusing with subscriptions, and I was feeling pretty down. I almost canceled everything 😞. But then, Edward, the person I spoke to, turned things around and fixed everything, even though I was kinda ranting and maybe a bit rude. Sorry, Edward. But I really appreciate VidIQ for making everyone feel important. Big thanks. Consider subscribing because there's always someone ready to help you out.
