Tot nu toe waren mijn eerste aankopen goed. Eén product werd beschreven als in redelijke staat, maar het was eigenlijk beter dan dat. De verwerkingstijd is niet slecht, aangezien het eerst geauthenticeerd moet worden. Over het algemeen ben ik tevreden. Het enige wat ik niet leuk vind, is dat je voor elk artikel apart verzendkosten moet betalen, maar ik begrijp dat het komt omdat het van individuele verkopers komt, dus ik denk niet dat we daar iets aan kunnen doen. Het is nog steeds betaalbaar, gezien de winkelprijs van de meeste luxe artikelen op het platform.

Some sellers list measurements like W(1 cm)/ H(1 cm), which seems unhelpful—1 cm? Really? Feels more like they're experimenting with pricing than actually trying to sell. Better lighting for photos would also help since some pictures do not match the stated color.

Makkelijk in gebruik. Verzend- en authenticatiekosten zijn te hoog, kopers voornamelijk beperkt tot lokale aankoop. De authenticatiestandaard verschilt veel, ik ontving een beschadigde tas, maar tegelijkertijd werd mijn verkocht item gerapporteerd voor een zeer klein vuiltje binnenin een zak. Soms werden ingediende foto's afgewezen, maar er zijn genoemde foto's die wazig en donker zijn.

I strongly suspect that an irresponsible and uneducated individual tampered with the package, causing damage to the item. To emphasize my commitment to transparency, I consistently provided photographic evidence of the item's condition before each shipment. Unfortunately, it appears that even with such precautions, trust in this company is misplaced. In my previous transactions involving direct shipping, I experienced smooth processes and received numerous compliments from satisfied buyers. However, it is disheartening to note that with every sale through Vestiaire Collective, they seem to scrutinize the item excessively, searching for any minor flaw or discrepancy, even when clearly described in the product description. This pattern of behavior results in the cancellation of sales and tarnishes my reputation as a seller. Adding to the frustration, Vestiaire Collective deleted the canceled sale from my sales history, making it impossible for me to obtain a reference number. Such practices only reinforce my concerns about the company's reliability and integrity. It is truly disconcerting that a platform meant for seamless fashion transactions has become a source of stress and distrust.

Terrible service! I shipped an item (Ref. 39483729) from Spain to Germany on August 12. It still hasn't arrived. Tracking has been dead since August 13. I emailed customer support but got no answer. I tried the chat, and Jess A. told me that, even though 16 days have gone by (delivery usually takes 4 days), they would wait another 48 hours before starting an investigation. I needed to send a screenshot. I couldn't respond right away because of a meeting, so I replied a few hours later. But when I came back, the chat was gone and now blocked, so there's no way to get in touch unless maybe by phone. Meanwhile, my sale got canceled. I also reached out to the carrier, but no response from them either. This isn't the first time there have been delivery problems.

I am in need of a resolution to this matter, and unfortunately, the chat help has not been able to provide a satisfactory solution. It's frustrating when you encounter these kinds of inconsistencies, and I hope the company can address and rectify this situation promptly.

I've been a customer for three years

I've been a customer for three years, but my experience has been disappointing. Initially, I received a fake item and encountered unhelpful customer service. Recently, suspicions arose about the authenticity of a purchased item. Despite providing evidence, the support team was uncooperative, refusing to cancel my order or provide a means for a formal complaint. With the impending automatic cancellation on day 7, the seller also resisted my request. The service lacks reliability, and the authentication process is prolonged. Compared to eBay, this platform falls short in customer service and protection against fake items. I won't be using this service again.

Just not happy with the company's service. I sent a bag for quality control in France, and when the buyer canceled the sale after two days, I decided to retrieve my bag. To my surprise, I had to pay 77 fr. After contacting the Tax bureau and sending an email, I found out that Vestiare failed to fill out the necessary return documents. They even sent me an invoice, which was higher (670 fr) than the price I intended to sell the bag for. Despite having all the documents, I didn't receive a satisfactory solution from Vestiare. I plan to report them to the police this week.

DHL Express revealed that Vestiaire, as the account holder, needs to intervene. Urgent confirmation is required to address the power of attorney for the high-value item. Despite providing evidence of sending it, Vestiaire's lack of proactive support is frustrating and leaves me uncertain about the resolution process.

Dealing with their Customer Service is a nightmare. Recently sold trousers and faced issues with their system not updating the shipping status promptly. Despite my item being shipped, they canceled the sale. The Customer Service responses were bizarre, resembling automated bots rather than real people. The hassle and high seller fees make it not worth the trouble. Removing my other listings and won't be returning.

Authentication at this center is absolutely laughable. Recently, a pair of Loro Piana shoes purchased from the official store in Spain was inexplicably rejected. Dealing with the arrogance and unprofessionalism of this company has exhausted my patience. I'm swiftly closing my account; this circus deserves nothing but a boycott!

I bought a pair of pumps which were supposed to be pretty new (excellent conditions said the description). I received a pair of very used shoes and VC refused me to return them to the vendor and refund me. Very bad company, not serious. Be careful!
