I've been on the hunt for the ultimate feeding system for a while now, and my journey has finally come to a satisfying end. I've tried an array of bowls, mats, and stands in the past. The issue was always the same: dogs would either knock their food bowls off the stands or shove them off the feeding mats. I even tried slow feeder bowls, but they were a nightmare to clean, leaving me with a constantly messy eating area and a pile of items needing cleaning. But this system has changed the game. The stainless steel design is not only ideal for serving raw food but also a cinch to clean. The bowls fit snugly and don't budge, capturing any spills on the tray below, which is effortlessly transported to the sink for cleaning. I've gotten two sets, one large and one small, for our dogs, and they're just the right size. The delivery was swift, and putting it together was straightforward. This product has certainly lived up to, and surpassed, my hopes. I can't recommend it enough.

I recently ordered three of the slow-feeder dog bowls, and I must say they exceeded my expectations. One of my dogs had been using a plastic slow feeder, and I've had experience with metal ones in the past, but they were a bit of a hassle to clean. However, these bowls, though slightly more expensive, are definitely worth the price. They come in a variety of colors, and there are even separately sold lids that fit perfectly. I'm now using these bowls to train my puppy to eat more slowly, and it's working wonders! They have made my life so much easier. I'm hoping these bowls prove to be durable over time. I wasn’t sure if my picky 14-year-old Aussie would like it, but she has been eating without problems since we got the new bowl. Customer service was helpful when I realized I wasn’t charged the Black Friday discount. I reached out, and within 48 hours, the refund for the difference was processed on my card. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend these bowls to others.

I got a mat with bowls and an elevated stand. Chose the puzzle bowl because one dog eats too fast, and the plastic ones didn't last. They look nice and work well for my dog. I accidentally ordered items separately and paid a bit more. I contacted customer service about a price adjustment and mentioned the stand wobbles a bit. They quickly sent a new stand and adjusted the price. This made me want to buy more from them because of the good service.

Now I have an extra set of bowls. I’d definitely shop here again.

Bought the medum set of bowls with the slow feeder and 6 inch risers in orange. Very happy with this buy. My pup (a 4 month Bernedoodle) loves them! The quality is great, the stand is stable and perfect with the silicone tray with built in magnets that keep the bowls secure. Easy to wash and looks beautiful.

We bought da high feeding set for our new doggo. He's still tiny so we didn't use da stand yet. But da stuff is great quality. Da bowls and tray stick together with magnets, so no accidents. Puzzle bowl is cool, even with his small food. We suggest it.

Bought stand and bowl set. Happy with the quality. No directions for attaching legs to stand. Took me a minute to figure out they were interlocked in X pattern and extra screws were given. Would've been helpful to have picture directions.

The positive: The bowl sets are of decent quality. The negative: Customer service is a letdown. Apparently, they are short-staffed. I ordered two bowl sets, but only one was shipped initially. Getting information about the second set was a nightmare. Despite being told they would check with the warehouse and provide an update, there was no follow-through. I had to initiate multiple inquiries through chat, email, and IG, with inconsistent responses. The IG contact claimed not to handle "logistics" and promised to follow up. Eventually, I was informed that both sets had shipped on the same day, contrary to the email notification. The entire communication process seemed chaotic and unreliable. It appears that Trot lacks effective internal communication, raising concerns about their overall competence. Considering the substantial cost of the dog bowl sets, their customer service and information accuracy need significant improvement. Best of luck to everyone dealing with this

It would've been helpful to know in advance that they were being shipped separately. On top of that, one of the mats arrived damaged, but I must say, the customer service team was quick to respond and sorted out the issue efficiently.

My order was missing a lid (I ordered two sets, but only got 3 lids). Also, the stands - one is solid, the other is shaky. It looks like one set of legs has a bent piece of wood. Overall, I like the product; there's really nothing else like it, but for the price, I expected better quality. The puzzle bowls slow my dogs down a lot, which was my main reason for buying them, and I enjoy how they look in my kitchen.

Company's return policy isn't great. Ordered cobalt blue elevated set but color in photo doesn't match what was sent. Husband used it to feed dog before I saw color issue. Customer service won't refund because it was used. Expensive item to have poor return policy. Buyer be ware.

Poor Return/Exchange Policy

I ordered the Elevated Complete Set with Mat, Stand and Small Bowls. Once I received the product I realized the bowls were too small. I submitted a return/exchange to get just the medium bowls. I received a return label and just sent the unused small bowls back to the company. I followed up multiple times on order through email, website, chat and nothing! I finally got an email after 7 weeks saying the return was denied because it is not eligible to be returned. I asked the company to call me or to respond to any email I have sent to resolve the issue. Now I have a dog bowl stand that I can't use because they won't exchange for medium bowls. I have disputed part of the transaction with my credit card company as they are not getting back to me. Buyer be aware!!!
