So, I snagged a running

So, I snagged a running belt for my Nordic treadmill from these folks. Got it professionally installed, and the installer pointed out a tiny width issue. He still managed to install it, but warned it might pose a problem down the road if it stretched. Shot a text to treadmill doctor, just letting them know, not expecting much. Surprise, surprise! They hit me back saying they're sending a replacement belt for free. Talk about unexpected and seriously appreciated. Their customer service game is on point, and that's all you can really ask for, right? Quality products

The replacement sleeve worked well. The instructions were a bit unclear. This is the second time I've replaced the front roller sleeve on my treadmill. The first time, I learned that it helps to have two people to make sure the heating is even and there are no lumps. I watched some videos, but Treadmill Doctor could really help us by providing clearer instructions with a few more details.

Ugh, ordered a part

Ugh, ordered a part, and what do I get after a painfully long 6 months? The wrong dang part. These guys? Not exactly champions of responsibility. Sure, they eventually coughed up a refund, but it took a whopping 40 days, and I had to fire off more emails than I care to admit. No shipping label, no help with return fees, even though it was all on their goof. And get this, they tried convincing me it was my mistake.
