Went through the whole shebang – uploaded my resume, did the questionnaire dance, and what did I get? A version that didn't even shout out my real estate experience. Come on, I'm job hunting in real estate, folks! Shot them a follow-up email, but no dice. And let's talk about the resume quality – sub-par doesn't even cover it. Their so-called "professional" writers did worse than the resume I handed them in the first place. That's saying something. Smelled trouble from the get-go and asked for my $220 back. Supposed to get a response in a couple of days, but nada. Hit them up after a week, and what do they say? "Regret to inform" me that my refund request is denied. Seriously? Save yourself the headache – look elsewhere if you're in the market for a pro resume. Their writers might be moonlighting as high schoolers, and their customer service? Garbage. -10 out of 10, and you bet I'm taking this beef up with my credit card company.

I have been wanting for so long to work in our county's Prosecutor's office as a legal assistant and I do strongly believe that my revamped resume, cover letter, and thank you letter, along with my skills are what helped me get this job. My resume and cover letter were the same ones I had been using for at least 30 years! I should also add that after months and months of no interviews or job offers, I actually received another job offer a week before! I was getting so down and frusterated that nothing was coming my way, and now being 51, I thought for sure I wasn't going to get any real great offers. I never would have thought I would have to rescind my acceptance of one offer so I could accept the other offer of my dream job!
