I'd take off one star because my cart got empty suddenly, had to do it again. The rest was quite fine.

The company's ok. It took me a few tries to order with the discount. I think it was like three or so times.

My last experience with this shoe brand has left me rather disappointed. While I appreciate the style of the shoes, the comfort level was sorely lacking compared to my previous purchases from the same brand. There was a noticeable absence of padding, and to my dismay, the shoes lacked any brand name markings. It almost felt like I had received three pairs of rejected shoes in various colors. As someone with foot problems, I prioritize comfort over style, so this was quite disappointing for me.

Disappointing. I bought what I thought were nice shoes, but they arrived bent and stiff. They were damaged, yet I have to pay to return them. Plus, I have to track the package and inform them when it reaches their facility for a refund. Avoid this company. Their products are low-quality and their customer service is poor.

I'm really disappointed with this company. I got scammed just like others said. I ordered two shoes but got just one. The one I got feels like cardbord, and the glue is coming apart. I've messaged customer service and posted on Facebook, but no one responds. Don't order from them.

I placed an order with this company, and the selection and checkout process were fine. I rated it four stars. However, after a month with no shipping update or tracking info, I tried to track my order on the site, but it failed. So I contacted customer service and got a reply at 2:30am saying it's on its way and to be patient. The tracking number "Vanessa" gave me was for just ONE pair of shoes, though I ordered 6. I received that single pair, poorly packaged and cheaply made. I was done with it. Filed a claim for a refund and will never shop with them again. Should've checked the reviews first. Save yourself the trouble.

My experience with this merchant was incredibly disappointing. Despite the description on their site, the items I received bore little resemblance to what was promised. Adding to the frustration, part of my order was deemed out of stock a full week after it was shipped. Sizing was also an issue, with shoes in both sizes 9 and 10 failing to fit properly. Now, I'm left with the burden of returning these subpar products to India at my own expense. I strongly caution others against dealing with this merchant, or at the very least, suggest using their Amazon store to avoid similar headaches.
