Every time I contacted ThinOptics about problems, they quickly replied and sent replacements. It's good to see a company that supports its products nowadays. I use my reading glasses daily and like them. They're easy to carry behind my cellphone.

They were really nice when

They were really nice when I called to tell them 1 of their products had broke and I need a new tape to attach the pod to another case. My glasses were under warranty for 6 months and they're sending me another pair along with the tape. The best part is no charge.

Disappointed with the low-quality

Disappointed with the low-quality glasses from this company. Despite claims of strength, the nose pieces and glasses frequently break. The promised "Lifetime guarantee" is nowhere to be found. The magnetic cases are a joke, constantly falling off. Currently seeking a refund and awaiting a response to my email.
