The jewelry looks fantastic and feels amazing

The jewelry looks fantastic and feels amazing, but there seems to be an issue with the stones not being as secure as they should be. I've experienced some problems with my jewelry – I have a thick Cuban chain with five missing stones, a thick Cuban bracelet with one missing, and a tennis chain that broke and keeps twisting. I would recommend the Cubans and pendants because they look phenomenal, but it appears that the stones are not secured as well as they should be.

I was quite pleased with the tracking of my package. The tracking information was informative, accurate, and easy to follow. When I received the pendant, I noticed that it's not perfectly horizontal as the picture on the site had suggested, but it has a slight bend, which is how it's manufactured. However, I have no complaints whatsoever. I am very happy with this piece and will definitely consider purchasing from The Guu Shop again in the future!

My encounter was positive. It was my first purchase from Guushop, and shipping took a bit. Nevertheless, I got my items and they sparkle a lot. The pendants I got feel nice and have good weight. I just wish the chains were thicker and longer since I'm tall. I'll order again, maybe some more custom pieces.

Really like the pieces, both 925 Silver and Moissanite. 8mm clustered bracelet & round iced out diamond band, ordered 2/2/25, received it 2/7/25. Shipped out quickly, paid for 3-5 day delivery to the USA and it came on time. Authentic silver and Moissanite just like it should be.
