The recruitment of seemingly unhelpful personnel adds to the frustration. I have concrete evidence, including the names of unhelpful agents and their inability to address concerns without resorting to company policies. To any authority or genuine agent reading this, I implore you to thoroughly investigate this website. I have evidence of numerous irregularities and a clear demonstration of poor service. My account is now blocked, and I suspect they retain my information, making it an unsafe environment for users.
