I'm giving this product 4 out of 5 stars, mainly due to some shipping issues. While the product itself was satisfactory, the shipping process left something to be desired. The tracking link provided didn't update, and after a few days, I reached out to inquire about the status. Even after finding an alternative tracking method, there were no updates for five days. I contacted them again, and finally, I received a notification to schedule delivery. It's essential to be prepared for the fact that LTL trucking deliveries may not provide real-time updates as you might expect from services like Amazon.

The sauna arrived in perfect condition, no damage or missing parts! (After receiving a broken one from Amazon, I was really happy about that!) The product matched the description, solid quality, simple to put together, and it has been working great for a month. My whole family is loving the benefits it brings! I would definetly recommend! The shipping was a bit slow, but I felt better after calling and getting help from an actual person in the US! Well done, Sun Valley!

We had a great time with Sun Valley Saunas buying the Maxxus Seattle Two Person Sauna. The ordering process was easy, and they reached out to arrange delivery. The boxes are very heavy, so you’ll need two people to get them inside and unpacked, but setting up the sauna was pretty easy, and assembly didn’t take too long. We are happy with the sauna. It seems solid, and we’re pleased with our decision.

Love my infrared, two person sauna with chromotherapy. The service was above and beyond and communication was great! Delivery was on time with no problems whatsoever! Assembly was a breeze and I enjoy the benefit of not having to leave the house any time I feel like relaxing in my sauna. A big "thank you" to Wes and the crew. Great service, thank you.

Materials fitted well and were simple

Materials fitted well and were simple to put together. Instructions for installation were clear. The delivery pallet had a break, but it didn't affect anything important. Removing stickers from parts was tricky at times. They should try a tab without glue. It would be helpful to have other assembly instructions and a change for one part so the heater could go on either side. The heater quickly heats up to 160 - 180, perfect for me, in under 30 minutes.

This company was the absolute worst I've ever dealt with. I talked to the owner, Wayne, who handles phone calls, but communication was difficult. We paid too much for an infrared sauna in January, and it's now March with still no sign of it. After calling to inquire, they promised to get back to us but didn't. We had to involve the credit card company. When Wayne finally called back, he was angry and yelled at us. This feels like a scam. Avoid this company and Wayne. They need to improve their delivery times or stop cheating people.
