The technicians from this company were causing a disturbance in our neighborhood with no consideration for the residents. There was a continuous horn honking for 2 hours next door because a technician couldn't resolve the issue. When I went outside to address the situation, they seemed indifferent. The noise was so disruptive that we couldn't even take phone calls in our home office. I called the company, and I was informed that the manager was at lunch, even though it was 1:40 in the afternoon. The person on the phone simply said they would "look into it."

I've been back to this company six

I've been back to this company six freakin' times and they still can't get my key cut right. Like, seriously? Should've just called a mobile locksmith from the start. They promised to hit me up when they got more keys in stock, but it's been a whole week and I haven't heard a peep from them. And on top of that, they charged me for all those messed up keys. Ugh, I guess I'm gonna have to go back for a seventh time. #facepalm
