Be careful do not buy from this company! I ordered and had to send a follow-up to finally get my tracking number which had been made 5 days before being sent it. They said item was shipped and the website said 2-4 days delivery. Still no item. They're not giving me a refund until they get the item back when it's clearly lost. Very unhelpful customer support Eunice and Grace. For your peace of mind do not deal with this company. I wish I'd checked reviews before ordering.

I made an order more than 2 months ago but still didn’t get it. I checked my parcel (YT2516300704934733) and found out it was sent back to sender from Italy on July 5th. I never received any delivery update, and I’ve contacted Stylevana support many times with no answer. Their customer support is awful and ignores customers. I’m asking for a refund or a new shipment, but no one replies. Really unhappy. Stay away from this site if you need dependable service.

It’s the worst shopping site I’ve ever seen. The employees are liars and don’t tell the truth about the status of the order. They don’t provide the tracking number but claim the order has already been handed over to the carrier — how is that possible? Then, they also say they can’t issue a refund because we have to wait for the carrier to return the product. They asked for 14 DAYS to deliver. I’m completely outraged.

Awful service and annoying company rules. I made a big order, but it took more than three weeks to ship because some items were not available. Why were these items listed for sale in the first place? And why couldn't they send the order in different packages to prevent delays? I had to buy new skincare products from another store since I didn't think shipping would take so long.

I requested to cancel the order since waiting a month for skincare was too long. I got no reply, was charged anyway, and still haven't received my order. I wouldn't use this site again or suggest it to others.

I am waiting for over 6 weeks for my order to at least be shipped (all goods supposedly in stock). Wrote 5-6 times to support over the last 3 weeks only to be completely ignored! There is absolutely no communication with the customer and I worry I will never see my order nor my money. I will NEVER BUY HERE again and strongly advise anyone to do the same!!

Don’t let the “.nl” domain fool you into believing this is a nearby store with quick shipping. I ordered on 31 May and haven’t gotten my package yet. Even though I got a tracking number, it seems like it might take more than a month to arrive. I really don’t understand how this company is still in business—they’re making losers, not buyers!

Delivery to Germany 2 month

The goods were not sent within a month, and a month later they said that standard delivery lasts a month from the moment of departure and we have to wait another month. That is, even if you only select items that are guaranteed to be shipped within 48 hours, you will be waiting at least 2 months if they are shipped to you at all.

Ordered on March 6th and still waiting with no updates. Tried contacting customer service multiple times with no response. Paid over £1,600 and haven't received anything. Going to contact my bank and take further action against these scammers. Avoid ordering from them, terrible customer service and seems like a scam.

I had some concerns after reading the reviews, but my order arrived well-packed and on time. It did take a bit longer than I expected, probably due to the items being shipped from another country. The website had a great selection of popular products with good discounts. I will definitely continue shopping with them.

Items arrived leaking inside the package. Stylevana refuses to refund or send replacement. .Item shipped from Hong Kong / China.

I ordered 4 items 3 weeks ago, but they haven’t shipped them. I emailed several times with no reply. I requested a cancellation, and they agreed but now they are not giving my money back. How long has it been? Frauds. If they don’t return my money by Monday, I’ll consult a lawyer and make a complaint.

Зробив замовлення, але пройшов майже місяць, а товар так і не прийшов. Писав у підримку — тиша цілий тиждень. Тому звернувся до банка і скасував оплату. Пізніше отримав відповідь, що замовлення відмінено успішно, але банк підтвердив оплату, і грощі мені так ніхто і не вернув.

I’d give no stars if it were an option. This website has caused nothing but issues. My order was placed months ago and hasn’t arrived. I’ve reached out to Stylevana with proof, but they have yet to respond to my emails. Disapointing service from start to finish.

Do not buy, it feels like a scam. I placed an order for €220, and they haven't sent it yet. The delivery to Slovakia was supposed to take 5-9 business days, but it's been 19 days, and they haven't even packed my order.
