Happy with my buys. Having a favorite tune on the fridge really changes the way I do kitchen tasks. They are well-built and chargeable, so they don’t require much care. The packaging works great for presents, so I’ll get some more for that purpose next time. The wooden blocks that hold different photos are fun as well, although they sometimes come apart when left alone. I recommend keeping an eye on the photo sizes when picking them out, as I accidentally cut off part of a family gathering. Still super happy with the products though, and they always make me smile!

It's my second year buying from Soufeel and the Spotify necklaces are the absolute best! Quality of materials is awesome and prices are reasonable, they also provide a very detailed tracking for the shipment while in transit.

There was a small issue with my order (the photo on the bracelet charm wasn’t printed clearly), but the customer service from this company was very helpful. Sally answered all my questions, assisting me in resolving the issues with my order and even helping me replace the bracelet. I don’t think many companies would take full responsibility for their mistakes like this one. They were quick to help me out. Thank you Sally, thank you SouFeel.

Custom bracelets just as I wanted. I was disappointed when I found out I couldn't track my order and only learned from an email that my order, after being paid for, wouldn't ship for another 8 days. Sadly, I won't be buying from this company again.

I purchased 9 projection bracelets for Christmas gifts, but the quality is subpar, leading to multiple breakages. Customer Service initially replaced one after tedious communication. However, as more bracelets started failing, the ordeal intensified. Reaching out again, they demanded pictures and videos, which seemed excessive for gift items. Despite explaining the impracticality, they insisted on both visuals. This frustrating experience has firmly deterred me from considering future purchases with this company.
