After hearing about skinswap, especially arrowcs, I decided to give it a try, and it turned out to be a success. Traded in some skins I was holding onto for a MW Glock Gamma Doppler play skin with a pattern I genuinely liked. Totally surprised by this deal and will definitely use skinswap again. Thanks, guys!

Yesterday, I decided to add some money to buy skins using Stripe deposit. However, even after waiting for 20-22 hours, SkinSwap still hasn't processed my transaction, despite my bank confirming the payment. My status still shows as "Needs Approval," the money has been deducted from my account, I can't cancel the transfer, and there's been no response from SkinSwap. Furthermore, the skin I wanted is no longer available. I've never encountered such issues on other similar sites when adding funds via card or transfer. There are some concerning signs about this company. If my problems get resolved (although I'm doubtful), I'll update my review accordingly (if that option is available). I reached out to SkinSwap through two email addresses, including the marketing one provided in response to a negative review, as well as through the contact form on their website, but haven't received any response.

I even sent a second ticket, but no response. I emailed them, same story, no response. It's been 3 days since I deposited my money, and I still don't see it in my account, even though the payment went through in my bank. The FAQ says it takes 24-48 hours for approval, but it's been way longer than that and still nothing.

I traded because it seemed like a better deal than cashing out, but I only saw the PayPal withdrawal option. I hope they add direct bank transfer support soon. Overall, the experience was good! 10/10 recommend. Great for trading, but not ideal for selling as it doesn’t offer the best payment options. If you want better payment, P2P selling is usually better. Skinswap buys skins so they need to make a profit. The advantage is you don’t have to wait weeks to sell here. (ps: they offered a better price than many sites, and few accept PayPal or bank transfers). Also, no need for an API key, which reduces scam risks. 100% reliable website. They also made a YT channel with useful info, which helped me with trade-locked items. Thanks, SkinSwap!
