I've shopped here a lot and I'm always happy with their stuff. Their products are good, especially some brands besides their own AOA. I've found some really good stuff. Never had issues with delivery, takes around 12 days to The Netherlands. Shipping rates are fair and packaging is careful.

I recently discovered their skincare line and also picked up some reusable makeup wipes and storage organizers – they're fantastic! However, the shipping process is quite slow, which is a downside. Plus, the tracked delivery option seems unreliable. Twice I opted for tracked shipping but didn't receive any tracking updates. Oddly enough, the one time I didn't choose tracked shipping, I did get tracking information. It's a bit confusing to say the least!

I like shopping at Shop Miss A. Their stuff is okay, not too expensive, and decent quality. Last time I ordered, I got mostly makeup but they sent me the wrong primer. I contacted customer service and talked to Pamela. She offered me a $2 coupon or a new shipment. I chose the new shipment. They said I didn't reply, but I did and I have proof. I haven't received the new primer yet. This isn't the first time they've sent the wrong item, but usually, they fix it. This time they didn't. The item was only a dollar, so I could buy another one, but it's annoying that they offered to send a new one and then didn't. I didn't bother following up because it takes them a long time to reply and it's not worth it. They should check items better before sending them out and improve their customer service. I bought my items on November 25th, and that was my experience. I'm disappointed with the lazy customer service this time. Will I stop shopping there? No, but I won't buy during the holidays next time.
