I ordered a bag. My order was confirmed through email and charged to my card, but then the charge was reversed. I got another email saying the order was canceled with no reason given. I called customer service and was told that the order was canceled because they have the right to refuse service and terminate accounts. It's like any business can do that, but usually, they provide a reason or explanation.
After being on hold, I was moved to a second agent who said he "couldn't provide any additional information."
There was no way to reach a manager. This was a very disapointing experience. Even if I wanted to shop here, it seems I can't since my account was apparently suspended for an unknown reason. It makes me question if this store is even real.
I advise anyone to avoid setting up an account and entering your shipping and payment details, as their customer service was unhelpful. I wasted 20 minutes of my time. I'd give them 0 stars if possible. Poor experience overall.
